Terms and conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions shall apply to and form part of every contract entered into by Ecaboodle Limited. All orders are accepted and executed on the understanding that the customer is bound by these terms and conditions. Where there is any inconsistency between these conditions and those that the customer seeks to impose, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. Prices
(a) You have been given a price for the service concerned and the quoted price is exclusive of Value Added Tax which will be charged at the applicable rate.
(b) Any discount offered will be shown in the text of the invoice and will be allowed only providing these terms are adhered to.
(c) Payment of the invoice sum must be made strictly within five working days
(d) The business is entitled to charge interest at 8% above the current Bank rate on overdue payments, and in addition the business will be able to recover all direct expenses reasonably incurred in collecting or attempting to collect outstanding amounts.
3. Workmanship
No claims shall be made or accepted against the business in respect of faulty workmanship unless such claim is notified to the business in writing within 14 days of completion of the work.
4. Cancellation
The business reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee for all orders cancelled. In the event of cancellation, the business will endeavor to mitigate its loss by substituting alternative work, as far as reasonable practicable.
5. Products Brought
(b) Any product brought by Ecaboodle Limited, belong to Ecaboodle Limited until final and full payment has been received. Any costs incurred when recovering items, will be added to amount owed.
